I want a partner! I am an enthusiastic, outgoing, very social Public Relations major at the University of Maryland. I am an award winning designer with agency experience with Engine Performance in Baltimore, Maryland. I am very keen about internet business and web design and have decided that it’s time to get serious. I started CanItGo Interactive a few years ago and am finally ready to take it to the next level.

I am looking for an intelligent, infinitely creative coding guru who also has a knack for online business. College students like me are encouraged to apply, though I will not count it against you if you aren’t. I design, you code (me -> .PSD & you -> xHTML/CSS/etc). You will have creativity at your own disposal. Code how you choose, do what you please. As long as you get the job done on time, and deliver amazing quality every time, you can do whatever. We split the pot. We work together to enhance our reputation and eventually become a reputable studio. I am looking for someone who is willing to take it to the long run.

• You could say you are a designer, even if all you know is coding.
• You have freelance experience with the portfolio to prove it

• You know what a “fresh” design is.

• You are up to date about all the web technologies

• You’re awesome at wordpress
• You’re strict on standards

• You can communicate, and understand how to be social
• You’re not afraid to try new things and experiment

Further more:

• You MUST be in the United States (preferably East Coast).
• I am a 20 year old professional. I’d like someone who is similar in age with equal amounts of ambition (though age isn’t important).
• You DO NOT need any professional experience.
• You DO NOT need to relocate
• You DO NOT need a degree or anything…you’re portfolio and interview will speak for itself.
• You must be able to communicate through Skype and be able to be reached at usual hours of the day.

Salary is based on per project. I am looking to start them at a minimum of $5,000 per project. We are working together in a partnership. We will find clients together, manage them together, and complete projects together. We are in essence, setting up a design studio.
