Location: Flexible; New York City preferred
Teach For America is wrapping up a website redesign, including an overhaul of the content on its website, www.teachforamerica.org. But the work of creating a dynamic, engaging, and effective web presence is just beginning. The Web Editor will work with the Director of Content Strategy on all aspects of this project, including commissioning new photo/video content and writing and editing new copy. The Web Editor will also be responsible for everyday editorial tasks, such as making regular updates to the content on Teach For America’s website. The ideal candidate has at least two years of web editing or content strategy experience and excels at managing complex projects. This is a full-time position.
