Web Marketing Manager
South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Web Marketing Manager (Virtual Experience Manager) to join our team of outstanding professionals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support and actively demonstrate adherence to brand and quality standards to ensure a positive member experience.
- Responsible for designing and managing LifeSimplified virtual member experiences across multiple channels, including corporate website, social media, mobile services, ATMs, electronic messaging (both audio and video), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and electronic employee communication channels.
- Responsible for managing effective virtual strategies to achieve product, brand, service, education, information, and financial goals of the credit union.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 5 years of experience in the field, a minimum 4+ years’ website development/ management experience; minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, including at least three (3) years of relevant direct/database marketing experience with a financial institution, good working knowledge of at least two of the following design packages: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash and Fireworks, GoLive, FrontPage (for PCs), working knowledge of creating Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to present documents written in HTML, XHTML, XML, and the ability to learn other web programming languages.
Must also have working knowledge of social media tools, including social networks, blogs, RSS feeds, wikis, and private community creation and management. The candidate must be a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
