We are a small dedicated team working on an amazing platform/product.

We need someone be an integral part of the web development team.

The successful candidate will be a web developer with solid experience and ambition who can help us rapidly develop/prototype the remainder of the platform.

Job Functions:
• Develop projects from concept to implementation.
• CSS and XHTML.
• Flash and ActionScript.
• Conversant in web technologies such as Json, Ajax and Javascript
• Assist in developing and shelling web page layouts
• Generate and present creative ideas.
• An eye for great detail, color and form.
• Strong organizational skills and consummate team player.

Qualifications:
• 2 or more years experience in web development.
• 2 or more years experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash or similar tools.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• This full-time position is based in Herndon, Virginia. No freelance or out of country.
