Full time positions are available across all levels – entry level to senior level. Please specify which level position you are applying for. We’re a small web design and development shop based in Hoboken, NJ (about 20 of us). We’re a team of fun loving, hard-working, web geeks. We love team work, white boards, brain storming, and good conversation. We believe work shouldn’t be a grind; fellow workers should inspire, not sabotage; and the workplace should give you the opportunity to shine. The ideal candidate:
- Loves all things design and knows this is the career they want to be in
- Constantly pushing their abilities to get better
- Can speak intelligently about their concepts and process
- Works well with teams or solo
- Takes direction well and can take existing creative direction to make it their own
- Takes criticism well. It’s not personal. It’s about getting better.
- Serious attention to details
- Takes ownership in their work
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Isn’t afraid to ask questions or take risks in their work
- Has a sense of humor / is a good story teller

Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of typography / information design for the web
- Knowledge of interactive / motion design
- Knowledge of dynamic html design
- Knowledge of current web technologies and how to design for them
