CafeMom is a highly entrepreneurial organization and is looking for very smart, motivated people who are able to have a big impact immediately. We are seeking a web designer to design custom advertising campaigns for our sponsors. Assets include banners, web pages, widgets and more.

Overall Role & Responsibilities:
• Design custom campaigns for CafeMom’s sponsors, including web pages, banners, widgets and more
• Work with sponsors’ agencies to adapt existing campaign assets
• Think creatively to conceptualize, articulate and present concepts
• Create animations in Flash
• Produce illustrations and graphic objects
• Provide design guidance on CafeMom sales materials including presentation templates, e-newsletters and other collateral.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong design portfolio with 3+ years interactive design experience
• Proficiency in: Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, and Flash
• Some knowledge of: CSS, HTML, Actionscripting
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, accountable, and organized
• Ad agency experience a plus
• Copywriting skills a plus
• Design experience marketing to women/moms a plus
