Blueberi Inc is looking for a part-time web designer to work on a variety of sites within a specific niche.

Work Description
Design work will be focused on conversion optimization across entire sites. Full website re-design is not required. Page changes and layout changes will be provided by Blueberi Inc for implementation however some creativity will be necessary to ensure that the changes look good and perform well.

Payment
Payment is flexible and based upon negotiated hourly or per-project rates.

Timeline
Work will be ongoing, several months at at least.

Requirements
Designer must be deadline oriented, timeliness is key.
Designer should have either experience in or a solid understanding of conversion based design.
