Here’s what we’re looking for:

Lead large-scale HTML5 projects for major clients. You’ll act as the leading technical voice for multiple projects, creating development plans, guiding strategy, and building client relationships.

Be a role model. You should be able to mentor other developers and help them understand how to build sophisticated, first-in-class web applications. You’ll leverage your expert knowledge of different browsers and devices to help projects succeed.

Act as a voice for the project. You’ll work directly with clients, fielding day-to-day communication with both technical and non-technical client and third-party teams.

Be experienced with an enterprise server-side framework. You’ve architected web applications with enterprise-grade server-side frameworks, like Drupal, J2EE or ASP.NET, and understand how a web application fits into a larger ecosystem.

Be a web ambassador. We believe design and engineering coexist best side-by-side, so you’ll work with designers, not just on technical feasibility but on creative possibilities. You can speak the language of any department and are equally comfortable working with developers, designers, project managers, sales, marketing, and QA testers.

Share your vision. You’re ready to demonstrate your expertise to the rest of the world by speaking at conferences, writing blog posts, and presenting your insights on the future of HTML.
