User Experience Architect
As our UX Architect, you will be responsible for taking a client’s business objectives and turning them into intuitive, effective designs. We’re looking for someone who is able to understand and interpret the client’s needs, while empathizing with the client’s customers. Your skills allow you to synthesize information and create web products that can be used with no manuals, FAQs or walkthroughs.

Understanding of Web Product interaction principles
Knowledge of Information Architecture and Content Strategy Understanding of usability, interaction and content presentation patterns Knowledge of low- and high-fidelity prototyping methods Able to document task analysis, workflows and user-case scenarios Skilled in visual communication theories such as colour theories and layout Basic knowledge of cognitive psychology Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSAnalytical thinking
Skilled in research techniques for competitive analysis, environmental scans, and field studies Able to analyze and synthesize data from different sources and apply them in design Able to think and evaluate design feasibility across domains including business, product scope, marketing, content strategy, visual design and technology Able to ask the right questionsUser Empathy
Skilled in ethnography and user needs discovery Possess listening and interviewing skills Persuasive verbal and written skills Skilled in user and persona modelling Outgoing personality and enjoys communicating with peoplePerfect if you have these as well
Have been through the web product development process Knowledge of various web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc) Considerable finesse with graphics tools such as PhotoshopGood Vibes
Bachelors or an autodidact certificate with a major in one or more of the following: Human Computer Interaction, New Media Communications, Cognitive Psychology or Digital Product Design You always have at least one of the following programmes open on your computer: Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Flash You knowHow to apply
