Now you can! Be part of an distributed team spread across 5 continents. This is an all-star team which consistently out-performs and shines. As a Developer Tools Support Engineer, you will be responsible for Global Developer Tools Support at Atlassian for Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible & Clover.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Team to provide Global Developer Tools coverage
- Communicate via web-based applications and phone to resolve customer issues
- Improve the knowledge base and documentation of products to help customers
- Improve and streamline internal processes
- Verify bugs raised against products
- Create and publish Knowledgebase articles
- Triage incoming support issues in a timely manner and ensure that they are handled appropriately
