Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer for the Mass Relevance Consumer Experiences team you will be responsible for creating new consumer-facing products based on social content (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vine, Google+, and more) and data. You are a software designer at heart, who appreciates that designing software is about designing states, interactions and transitions. You will work closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into engaging consumer products.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience designing web-based software experiences
  • Must love products and designing for consumers
  • Bachelors or higher degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Communicate your ideas with passion to a wide variety of key stakeholders
  • Sincere appreciation for how hard it is to achieve simplicity, and the deeply held beliefthat it’s a worthwhile goal
  • Expert at building prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS
  • Deep and growing expertise in front-end web technologies
  • Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices
  • Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Expert at creating UX deliverables and the wisdom to know when not to create any at all
  • Visual design
  • Experience designing social applications

  • Responsive design
