Ruby on Rails Programmers Needed

We are in the process of forming a new web app company. We are tired of the glossy look of web 2.0 applications, and the gross excess of extraneous features. If you can program Ruby on Rails, and you share these sentiments, we would love to hear from you. Knowledge of HTML, and CSS is a must, and Ajax would be a definate plus. We would be using Basecamp, and Campfire to conduct our business, so you wouldn’t have to commute, or move.
Also, any skill in Photoshop, and interface design would be AMAZING.
