Ruby on Rails Developer
We are a German web startup called Absolventa building a new recruiting platform for students and graduates. Our office is located in the heart of East Berlin, close to many restaurants and clubs not far away from Alexanderplatz.
The company is VC-funded and currently has 10 full-time staff members, growing rapidly. We offer competitive salaries, free access to fridge and share options as bonus.
We are looking for an experienced all-around web engineer with excellent Ruby on Rails skills to join us developing a simple, yet complex web application, thereby to increase quality assurance, help implementing BDD and to support us on optimization issues that arise in a demanding web application.
Requirements:- At least 1-2 years experience with Ruby on Rails
- Living on the edge of the rails community
- Proven team player
- Agile development fanatic (Rspec/BDD)
Experiences with high-traffic sites running RoR is a plus
