Global restaurant consulting firm Aaron Allen & Associates is seeking a Mexican designer (graphic, web and/or interior) to support on-going project work for a Mexican bakery client. We are looking for a designer who is both FROM and IN Mexico. Perfect English is not a requirement; amazing and culturally informed/authentic design skills are.

We are developing an authentic brand personality that must reflect the cultural heritage of Mexico but in a contemporary and modern way.

We’re working on logos, font/typography, packaging, interior/exterior signage, website/social media profile, visual merchandising, mood board images/presentations, etc. There will be a lot of visual research required to help support design recommendations. It is important that this brand be truly authentic Mexican and not an American interpretation of Mexico/Mexican. The project may also call for doing field research and traveling to take photographs of interesting Mexican restaurant and bakery designs/concepts within Mexico.

The project is ongoing and we are looking for a steady freelancer or contract engagement to stay involved in the project over the next year.
