Friends want to help their friends succeed; Bright.com facilitates this by integrating with social networks like Facebook. Founded less than a year ago, Bright.com is a fast growing start-up with offices in San Francisco, right across the street from AT&T Park.
We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer to advance our communication design. The ideal candidate has a BFA or MFA and has 3+ years of experience leading visual design on the web. You’ll be entrusted with clearly communicating our product vision and the Bright.com brand through visual messaging.
•Create new site graphics, wireframes and mockups
•Lead the design of email campaigns and marketing materials
•Improve UI elements and refine existing pages
•Collaborate closely with team members across departments to create new features and interfaces
•Conceptualize and establish a site-wide visual aesthetic
•Maintain and promote a consistent look-and-feel across multiple interfaces.
•Help define our web design parameters, style guides and visual standards.
•"An Eye for Design" – good sense of typography, color, style and trends
•Expert knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator
•Experience in leading all phases of design, from initial concept to fully-realized layout
•BFA / MFA or equivalent industry experience
•HTML / CSS Experience
•Passion for user-centered/UX design
