Sojo is seeking a Junior Designer who will help bring its products to life. This is your chance to be part of an exciting startup intent on becoming the most charitable company in the world. Our team is talented, hard working, and knows how to have fun.

This position will demand you get your hands dirty in all aspects of web and app design. You will work closely with our creative director, product lead, and collaborate with our engineering team. Responsibilities

• End-to-end web app design.
• Create comps, mock-ups, and user flows for UX planning.
• Consistently implement content based on company design standards.
• Translate designs into HTML with dynamic content and CSS using LESS.
• Execute graphic designs including icons, color palettes, and brand collateral.

Skills & Experience

• You understand how the web works.
• You can see ideas through from conceptualization to final execution.
• A strong sense of visual aesthetics, and knowledge of current trends in digital design.
• Five years experience in related field. This could include 4 years of schooling + one year of work.
• Be able to collaborate well with engineers, communicating design concepts to non-designers.
• Passion for creating compelling and meaningful user experiences.
• Degree in any type of visual education.
• Our designers use these tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, CodePen, Gulp, NodeJS, Git, LESS.
