The programmer should have:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in web design and programming
• Strong proficiency in HTML/XHTML/DHTML
• Strong proficiency in PHP/ASP/.NET/My SQL
• Ability to design CSS-based table-less layouts
• Mastery of JavaScript
• Knowledge and experience in commercial OTS and open source content management systems, such as Concrete 5 and DotNetNuke
• Ability to execute from approval of concept to site launch with a comprehensive knowledge of development and testing
• Focus on template creation, usability, and functionality of each website
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and hit deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and quick-changing work environment

Knowledge and proficiency in the following is also highly desireable:

• Microsoft .Net Framework
• SharePoint
• Ajax
• Flash ActionScript 2.0 & 3.0

A working knowledge of the following is also helpful, but not required:
• Adobe CS3/4 (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks)

The programmer should be proficient in a Windows Vista-based development environment.
