Jr. Designer
4Site Interactive Studios is looking for a talented Junior Designer to join our team. An ideal candidate has a background in website design and is also looking to learn and grow. We’re looking for someone with a great foundation willing to push the boundaries of his or her creativity. You’ll support our lead designer and contribute your fresh perspective to new and existing projects. You may also support our video team with motion graphics or other artwork.
In general, you should:
- Be comfortable working in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and After Effects;
- Have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic website building concepts;
- Have some skills in print design and illustration (not required);
- Be familiar with the Drupal CMS platform
- Bonus points given for: experience with InDesign, Premiere Pro, video editing, javascript, PHP;
- Work comfortably in a close, collaborative, team environment; and
- Of course, have a great eye for design.
We’re looking for someone with:
- One to two years of professional experience or a proven design track record;
- Experience designing websites and/or creating brand identities;
- A strong ability to learn and adapt;
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree in design or a similar field; and
- Ability to interface with clients is desired but not required.
