Well established production, multimedia and design firm located in Pembroke Pines, FL currently seeks an Interactive Developer to join our team. This position will play an important role in developing strategically oriented, compelling interactive experiences for our clients and our company.
The ideal candidate will have vast technical ability. Candidate must have demonstrated digital media skills and web capabilities with a basic knowledge of design, a passion to jump into new technologies and the ability to thrive in a challenging, deadline-driven, creative environment.

PROFESSIONAL:
• 3+ years experience delivering proven interactive solutions
• A passion to engage with new web trends and technologies
• Able to work quickly, multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written skills- whether in communications with clients or in-house
• Self motivated, able to work independently & manage other developers when needed
• Strong presentation skills to engage clients using non-technical language
• A positive “can do” attitude & strong work ethic
• Strong time management skills

TECHNICAL:
• Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Flash (Action Scripting), XHTML and other relevant interactive languages
• Solid working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and ASP
• Competency in search engine optimization and web analytics
• Intermediate experience in building AS3 applications
• Competency in implementing and modifying blog software
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite web apps (Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks)
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in web and coding standards, design, and technologies including all forms of social media
• Preferred knowledge in creation and administration of CMS
• Experience optimizing for cross browser development
• Posses a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Competency in working with video assets and rich-media development
• Competency in working with printer style sheet
