We are looking for a talented full-time designer to work in-house on interactive projects. Candidate must have strong design sensibilities and an interest for creating innovative graphic user interfaces for the web. Candidates will also need to juggle a variety of design projects, collaborate with a small creative team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Other Job Requirements:
• 2+ years interaction design/communications interactive work experience
• Strong visual aesthetic
• An in-depth understanding of the web environment
• A love for code
• A mastery of Dreamweaver, CSS and XHTML
• A mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of Java Script
• Knowledge of Flash is a plus
• Knowledge of Action Script is a plus
• Flexibility with changes in assignment specifications and timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and effectively meet deadlines
• Ability to work fast under pressure
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Flexibility to stay late when needed

Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include Medical & Dental coverage.
