Elevate is currently seeking a thoughtful and passionate Interactive Designer to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brainstorm creative concepts, both collaboratively and autonomously

• Create original visual design concepts for websites and interactive media

• Execute designs based on creative strategy

• Participate in visual design presentations to clients

• Assist in graphic asset production

• Work collaboratively with project teams

• Focus on quality and innovation throughout all project phases

• Work within project parameters: client goals and requirements, usability, technical constraints, as well as internal goals, budget and schedule

• Maintain an understanding of industry trends and experiment with new tools and techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong conceptual thinking

• An engaging portfolio that represents a range of design styles and interactive experience

• Great communications skills and a positive attitude

• Strong personal organization skills and attention to detail

• An ability to prioritize multiple projects and be patient under deadlines

• Experience working in small to medium-sized teams

• An understanding of web technologies and grasp of relevant tools

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash

• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS techniques is a plus

• Proficiency with After Effects is a plus
