Position: Interactive Associate Creative Director/Art Direction focused.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in one of the Bay Area’s top Creative Advertising Agencies. The ACD will work closely with our agency’s Executive Creative Director to oversee all projects from concept through production, manage/mentor/inspire the creative team as a whole, represent the interactive portion of campaigns with our clients, contribute to new business initiatives, and much more.

This is an opportunity to truly make a difference from a creative and client relationship aspect, plus make major contributions to the organization as a whole. We are looking for a person with drive, passion and a successful track record of leading and creating award-worthy online campaigns (websites, ad campaigns, viral marketing) to join our agency.

Key Tasks:

• Assist in overseeing all interactive creative work produced

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize resources

• Mentor/lead/inspire creative staff and review their work to maintain consistent creative quality.

• Provide clear, concise direction to internal teams and outside vendors

• Work directly with producers on resource management and take initiative to finding appropriate resources (new hires and freelances) at all times. Work directly with account teams and producers on all projects.

• Communicate with designers and developers to set and reach company goals

• Participate in many new business development efforts

• Manage the role of overseeing creative concepts and executions on multiple projects with actually concepting and designing for projects on your own

Qualifications & Experience:

• Five to seven years of professional experience, with at least three years as a senior level creative in interactive/web/multimedia

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts or Graphic Design. Relevant experience and training may be substituted.

• Outstanding portfolio of integrated marketing and/or product launch campaigns for a major consumer brands, including online advertising, rich media, branded entertainment, viral marketing, product (micro)sites, and brand sites.

• Ability to combine both creative and business goals and combine them with the latest advancements in various forms of technology (flash, mobile, etc.) to come up with unique solutions for our clients

• Experience working with and selling to clients

• Exceptional people skills with the ability to direct creative teams including designers and Flash developers

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Multi-tasking, problem solver who works effectively under pressure

• A serious eye for detail, typography and color
