In-House Web Developer

Grace Management Group has an opening for an in-house web developer. This individual will be responsible for supporting our existing websites and end-consumer e-commerce infrastructure as well as our wholesale business-to-business infrastructure.

Grace Management Group is made up of numerous companies that are focused on the fragrance, fashion, and gift industries. Our brands include Votivo, Greenleaf, Bridgewater Candle Company, The WillowBrook Company, and 8 Petals. Each brand has it’s own web presence. We are located in the beautiful upstate of South Carolina, which is conveniently located one hour from the Blue Ridge Mountains and 3 hours from the South Carolina coast.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Senior level knowledge of C# .NET, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL

Expertise in CSS3, XHTML/HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, and AJAX

Experience working with packaged ecommerce solutions such as BigCommerce or Shopify

Prior experience within the e-commerce industry

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Bachelors degrees in Computer Science or related experience

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other communications

We are seeking an individual that has excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. This candidate should have a broader appreciation for online marketing, search engine optimization, and a desire to keep up with current trends within the web development community.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Maintain and enhance our existing web presence

Work with designers to develop new web applications

Implement a CMS system for our brand team

Willing to teach and to learn in a team environment

Respond to brand teams, training coordinators, technical support, and customer service representatives

Be self motivated, detail-oriented and organized

Any other duties that may be required
