Graphic/Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic/Web Designer with excellent design and communication skills. We are seeking a part-timer flexible hours (15 hours minimum per week) or freelancers. Compensation will be based upon candidate’s experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhere to tight deadlines and bring a fresh creative perspective to our team.

This position provides an opportunity for growth while working with other creative professionals in interactive web/multimedia, sports marketing and public relations. The candidate will assist with basic design tasks throughout the creative process from concept through design and final launch/production. Projects will include interactive concepts (including websites, widgets, applications and mobile), site creation and company collateral.

Qualifications:

•College student or college graduate
•Creative, innovative thinker with left brain attention to details
•Assertive team player with a positive attitude
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Ability to turn projects around quickly
•Must be able to multi-task and prioritize

Skill Set:
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Illustrator and Photoshop
•Working knowledge of Flash and Fireworks
•Basic working knowledge of HTML
•Working knowledge of additional languages (PHP, ASP, Java) a plus.
