Frontend developer
to support our Inhouse-Team at our site in Cologne. Your tasks will include the extensive development of our applications on jobmensa.de and jobeinstieg.de and be the ideal addition to our SCRUM team. We offer you a responsible position in an innovative and successful company and enable you to work with the latest technology (e.g. HTML5 and Rails3) in a motivated team of skilled developers. Last but not least exciting tasks, flat hierarchies as well as flexible working time and above average payment will await you.
Your tasks:
- Realizing layouts with SASS, HAML as well as Javascript
- Improving web- front-ends regarding their performance
- Assistance in planing, realizing and continuously improving the usability
- Working on customised solutions for our products
- Be part of the SCRUM-team with developers and product managers
Your profile:
- A degree in computer science/ business informatics or a comparable education
- Knowledge of developing with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of jQuery, SASS/HAML, git, rspec and cucumber
- High level of interest and enthusiasm for new technologies
- You like to work in a team
- As you are working in an international company: fluent English language skills
