Codeflow LLC is a full-service web design and development shop based in Chicago, IL. We are currently implementing a wide range of technology projects for a variety of well-known companies and organizations, and are seeking a talented freelance web design and UI specialist to help us with some new work on a project-by-project basis.

If you’ve worked on large interactive websites, and been responsible for areas like information architecture, user interface, and visual design we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone preferably in the Chicago area, but will consider exceptional designers located anywhere in the U.S. (we’re not considering anyone overseas at the moment, thanks).

Qualifications:

- Proven ability to create clear, simple, elegant visual designs
- Experience with information architecture, wireframe creation
- Designed interactive web features and experiences

Would be great:

- XHTML/CSS skills, ability to execute design
- Experience with some front-end programming, javascript, etc.

Since our team is totally distributed, developers must be comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely using IM, Skype, Videoconferencing, etc.

Compensation will paid on a project-by-project and/or hourly basis.
