Full-time / Freelance / Contract

Lime Company seeks a motivated and detail orientated Junior Designer with the ability to take direction and follow established style. This role will work closely with the marketing & design team to create online collateral and occasionally print formats.

The role is a full-time, on-site position, and the project is estimated at 2-3 months.

Requirements:

Online purchasing experience (landing pages, product pages and buy-flow)

Email and social media campaigns

Branded collateral

Creating mockups from wireframes

Production ready designs ready to hand off to development or completed pages (in cases where development isn’t required)

Create original icons, graphics, etc

Help to create and enforce brand standards across products and communications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design plus 1-3 years relevant experience

Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or comparable. HTML & CSS a plus

Strong Typography skills

Strong Photo editing and imaging skills

Ability to design within a web development environment

Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

Ability to take directions and follow established style

Must be able to take constructive design feedback, skin is thick enough to take a little criticism along the way

Highly organized with the ability to manage time and workload

Remain dedicated when last-minute changes come in, and easily collaborate with other departments
