As a Senior Interactive Producer at Fi, you will lead a talented team of artists, designers and developers in the production of everything digital, ranging from microsites to web portals to mobile applications to in-game software. Your involvement and guidance is critical in all phases of a project, from inception to completion. The ability to assist in creating, and maintaining client relationships on a day-to-day basis is key, as is as encouraging the team to deliver Fi-quality at all times. As a leader, all Senior Interactive Producers play a supporting role with individual employee development, and shaping the company at large. Knowledge & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on wire-framing capabilities, demonstrating excellent understanding of usability and what makes a good web project

• Your core discipline may not be in design or development, but you are confident delegating tasks in those areas

• Quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant and a problem-solver

• Excellent ability to estimate the production time and resources required for a project
