Digital Strategist
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships at strategic and tactical levels
- Develop and promote online, interactive marketing strategies in areas such as customer acquisition and retention, social media, mobile marketing, site operations and e-commerce that will support clients’ marketing objectives
- Lead client discovery sessions and present analysis and recommendations on the strategic role of interactive marketing
- Define and manage online marketing requirements, including functional use cases, wireframing, information architecture, platform definition and media/content integration
- Manage the scope, budget and implementation of multiple, simultaneous interactive projects
- Work effectively with creative, media, development and account service teams to ensure quality of deliverables
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in Web technology and interactive marketing
- Our ideal candidate excels in all listed skills but we are open to those with demonstrated experience in the majority of these areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Web strategy or Web marketing role
- 5+ years experience of Web product management and marketing requirements definition
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of client relationship management experience
- Excellent understanding of Web technologies and interactive marketing
- Information architecture design experience
- HTML development experience
- QA/UAT management experience
- Attentive to detail, resourceful, works well under pressure and has strong communication skills
Pluses
- E-commerce site management experience
- Understanding of SDLC principles
- Familiarity with usability testing and overall user experience concepts
- JavaScript, PHP and/or JSP experience
- An ability to develop interactive business development strategies
- Social and/or mobile marketing experience
- Website analytics experience
