We make TV series, movies, games and cool interactive stuff, and we market and distribute it all ourselves. We have full-time staff of 32, ranging from accountants to programmers, executives to animators. Best Boy Media is the new Interactive Media division of Best Boy. We develop games and experiment with Augmented Reality and other cutting edge technologies.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating a trackable online marketing presence and creating new revenue streams for Best Boy Entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue generation via online sales and digital media and online product marketing in one of the following areas: kids, sports, television and film, digital media, educational or lifestyle markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President of Distribution and Marketing as well as liaise with in-house creative personnel and the digital media team to distribute video products and licensed merchandise product via social media/digital technology.
- Create and implement direct-to-consumer and business-to-business on-line revenue generating initiatives for all Best Boy products, brands and programs.
- Assist in the strategy and development of product launches and marketing/ distribution plans for each program brand.
- Assist in development of effective APPs for mobile platforms.
- Work closely with the Interactive design team and the merchandise team on the implementation of the digital marketing and sales plans.
- Track and analyze all online data related to digital partners, and Best Boy interactive products and websites
- Actively search for and develop new opportunities for selling products online
- Recommend and implement low cost online loyalty and reward programs
- Develop social networking strategy
- Set up online ordering systems
- Proven experience in direct marketing, e-mail marketing, analytics, online promotion and marketing, link building and e-commerce
- Experienced in generating e-commerce revenue online
- Superior knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Social Media for SEO and traffic building purposes
- Ability to optimize social media channels to increase on-line audience and traffic, to multiple online properties.
- Ability to build on-line partnerships and promotions
- Innovative and creative when it comes to online marketing and promotion.

- Working knowledge of HTML or XHTML
