Customer Retention Associate
Job Description:
One of the fastest growing web companies in Austin is looking for an intelligent and ambitious recent graduate to join our fast-paced E-Commerce team. You’ll be expected to jump right in helping us to manage, analyze, and grow our revenue and profits. We are looking for smart, talented, ambitious capable people who are willing to work hard, learn and gain valuable experience in online marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Email marketing- triggered, transactional and marketing email communication
• Increasing repeat business traffic and revenue
• Analyzing repeat customer behavior for pain points and improvement opportunities
Job Requirements:
• BA/BS in a technical field including, mathematics, computer science, engineering, finance, operations management, or economics
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Experience with Microsoft excel, SPSS, STATA, R or another analysis program a plus
• Smart, motivated, analytical and insightful
