Our team is looking for a highly motivated and creative Content/Web Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the creation of cutting-edge content for web and ideally also for print. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting. Forward thinking is critical in this ever-evolving, fast-moving – but fun – music industry environment. This person must have experience with the following applications and software:

HTML, XML, CSS, Adobe CS3 applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, ActionScript), PHP and MySQL.

Primary Job Functions

• Create, program and maintain websites using HTML, Flash and CSS

• Design and implement an e-commerce marketplace within the parameters of an existing website

• Must be willing to work on-site in our creative, nontraditional Franklin, TN office

Preferred Job Functions (pluses, but not required)

• Design posters and ads and layout a biannual magazine

• Edit video using Final Cut Pro

• Operate audio and video equipment (HD camera, microphones and lights)
