HUGE is looking for an amazing Art Director:

You are the person that absorbs Design knowledge and trends. You love contributing your knowledge to the team. You lead the visual design on some of the biggest and most innovative media projects online—These are major consumer facing websites and we’re looking for someone with experience building large scale projects involving high content properties and designing commerce sites. You rock at client presentations but also love getting down to the nitty-gritty with coworkers.

Most of all you figure out how to get it done! Whatever it is, whatever it takes… No Seriously! You’re brainstorming creative concepts with the project team, developing original design concepts, and overseeing the designs execution. No task is too small, no challenge is too big.

Bring It:
Excellent Customer Service Skills, Knowledge of Business Analytics, Technical Wizardry, Loads of Common Sense, Respect, People Management Skills, Flexibility, Team Player Spirit, Sense of Humor, Killer Motivation, Organization, Creativity, Character, and an Eye for Design…

• 5+ years of interactive experience (preferably agency) • Strong conceptual thinking-- both visual and interactive • A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation. • Driven to define the look and feel of large, industry-leading sites. • Strong leadership skills- ability to lead a team, manage and mentor junior designers • Strong communication skills- you will interface with clients frequently as well as work on teams within the office. • Ability to work autonomously • A great attitude- we operate a prima-donna free work zone.
